What began nine years ago with the vision of co-founders Mateo Burgos and Vanessa Bedoya, who started by offering digital marketing packages and custom web design in Manizales, quickly expanded to Medellin and Bogota. However, this was only the beginning. A few years later, their vision would expand to Miami, with a team present in 10 different countries around the globe.

Thanks to the great commitment of the entire Mbc team, we have been able to launch two groundbreaking products in the market: Meeteam, a Latin American talent platform that connects professionals with international companies, and Mvibes, a wellness guide for work teams.
Meeteam is a platform with a working methodology called “talent matcher” that is capable of matching the professional profile that US companies are looking for with the project to be developed. It has a network of contacts of more than 30,000 engineers who are ready to work and improve the processes of any company.
On the other hand, Mvibes is a guide that focuses on five fundamental aspects of life: emotional well-being, physical health, intellectual growth, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual development. Its main objective is to promote well-being and encourage employees to stay with the organization. With this strategy, we have been able to retain top talent and reduce turnover to less than 1%.
2023 has been our year of expansion and challenges
Although 2023 poses significant challenges in the technology sector, our team continues to work tirelessly to strengthen our value proposition and generate opportunities for professionals in this fast-changing field. At Mbc Group, we strive to give our best every year, achieving a growth of around 100% in terms of learning, teamwork, and goals. In early February, we took an important step forward by inaugurating our first hybrid work headquarters in Capitalia, Manizales.
The inauguration, coupled with the celebration of our ninth anniversary, was marked by a grand event at our new branch, which was filled with joy, a sense of belonging, and above all, a determination to continue creating growth opportunities for Latin American engineers.
